About the author:
Nicholas Sparks was born in Omaha, Nebraska, on New Year's Eve in the year 1965. He is the second son of Patrick Michael and Jill Emma Marie Sparks. Well over 50 million copies of his books in print, Sparks is one of the world's bestselling author of love stories. His novel Three Weeks with My Brother, which Sparks wrote with his brother Micah, have been New York Times and international best sellers. Six of Nicholas Spark's novels- Dear John, The last Song, Nights in Rodanthe, Message in a Bottle, A Walk to Remember, and the Notebook are now major motion pictures.
